These terms apply to access and use of KalpOCR and the Kalp Document Intelligence workspace provided by Kalp Code Private Limited.

Authorized use

Users may access only the workspace, reader modules, APIs, and documents authorized for their account. Login and API credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Uploaded documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process documents, images, and related information.

Extracted results

OCR and automated extraction results should be reviewed before they are used for customs, financial, operational, legal, or other important decisions.

Prohibited activity

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Uploading unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
• Interfering with the security, availability, or normal operation of the service.
